Accessibility Statement
This accessibility statement applies to:
- Xurrent Platform Services – which includes the Platform User Interface consisting of the self-service portal pages and Specialist pages.
Xurrent is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all users of its product. To achieve this, continuous efforts are made to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level A and AA across its platform, as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Xurrent and its platform services are accessible to its Users which includes features such as Keyboard/Voice navigation support, high colour contrast options, resizing text up to 200% without text spilling off the screen, and consistent labeling and navigation across pages and content. Xurrent is also tested on modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge (Chromium).
For optimal screen reader support, we recommend:
- MacOS: Use the latest version of Safari with VoiceOver.
- Windows: Use the latest version of Google Chrome with the latest version of NVDA.
Continuous Improvement
Regular, automated and manual tests are conducted on the Xurrent Platform Service to assess its accessibility. These tests are performed weekly, coinciding with the release of new features and enhancements. By integrating accessibility checks into the development process, potential issues are proactively identified and addressed. Accessibility incidents reported by users of the Xurrent Platform Service are treated as high-impact incidents and resolved as soon as possible.

- Xurrent uses a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template tool, optimised to conform to all levels of WCAG 2.2.
- The Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) is published using VPAT INT and checked for accessibility.
The content listed below is currently not fully supported or only partially supported on self-service portal pages that may impact an end-User.
- It is not always possible to skip blocks of repeated material. This partially complies with WCAG 2.2 level AA success criterion 2.4.1 (bypass blocks).
- Xurrent is committed to rectifying this to ensure that Users who use assistive technologies, can move around pages more efficiently.
- It is not always possible to programmatically determine the human language of passages or phrases. This partially complies with WCAG 2.2 level AA success criterion 3.1.2 (language of parts).
- Xurrent is committed to rectifying this to ensure that Users who useassistive technologies, can get information in the correct language.
