Accessibility Statement

Updated August 08, 2024

4me is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all users of its product. To achieve this, continuous efforts are made to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level A and AA, as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Regular, automated and manual tests are conducted on the 4me Service to assess its accessibility. These tests are performed weekly, coinciding with the release of new features and enhancements. By integrating accessibility checks into the development process, potential issues are proactively identified and addressed. Accessibility incidents reported by users of the 4me Service are treated as high-impact incidents and resolved as soon as possible.

For optimal screen reader support in 4me, we recommend:

  • MacOS: Use the latest version of Safari with VoiceOver.
  • Windows: Use the latest version of Google Chrome with the latest version of NVDA.

4me uses the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT INT), to publish an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR).
