Inbox Reports

Five ‘Inbox’ reports have been added to the ‘Reports’ section of the Analytics console. These are especially useful in combination with the ‘Inbox dashboard’ feature, which was released last year, and which allows for an account administrator or account designer to define a dashboard to be displayed when a user navigates to their inbox in the Specialist Interface.

These reports include two metric reports (My Inbox and My Team’s Inbox), displaying just a number of assignments. By grouping the data in a metric report, other types of graphs can easily be obtained. The two ‘Inbox by Target Indication’ reports give a quick overview of the assignments that may need immediate attention and the ‘My Team’s Inbox by Member’ shows how the work is divided over the team. 

The inbox of a specialist is different from that of other specialists, in most cases, so the data and numbers of these reports in a dashboard depend on the user looking at it.

Note that, for performance reasons, the inbox dashboard is cached. It may take up to 20 minutes for all data to be refreshed. We hope to diminish this time in a future release.
