New Email Template Variables

The following two variables have been made available for use in the email templates that 4me uses to generate notifications concerning requests:

▪ request_supplier_name
▪ request_supplier_requestID
It can be helpful to include these variables in the email templates that are used to generate notifications for managed service providers. They may even make it possible for managed service providers to use the structured information in the emails they receive from 4me as a basis for simple integrations.
