Duplicate Notes and Attachments with Automation Rules

It is now possible to use the Automation Rules to copy an entire note, including its attachments, inline images, mentions and formatting, from one 4me record and add it as a new note to another 4me record.

Below is an example that can be useful for risk & impact analysis tasks. In this example, the automation rule ensures that the last note of the task gets copied to the change after the status of the task has been set to ‘Completed’.

The next example shows a similar automation rule that copies all notes of a completed task to its successor. This example can be useful when the person to whom the successor task will be assigned needs the information that was gathered in its predecessor task.
