Reports for Managing Contracts and Agreements

Vertical bar chartA set of reports has been added to help organizations stay in control of their contracts and agreements. The new reports are:

  • Upcoming Contract Notice Dates
  • Upcoming Contract Expiry Dates
  • Upcoming FLSA Notice Dates
  • Upcoming FLSA Expiry Dates
  • Upcoming SLA Notice Dates
  • Upcoming SLA Expiry Dates

Upcoming SLA expiry dates

Keep in mind that the Notice date field is used to specify the last day on which the provider or supplier can still be contacted to terminate the agreement or contract to ensure that it does not renew automatically. For some contracts and agreements it may be important not to forget about this date.

The Notice date field should be left empty, and the Expiry date field should be filled out, when a contract or agreement will expire on a specific date and no notice needs to be given to terminate it. As long as notice still needs to be given to terminate a contract or agreement, the Expiry date field should be left empty. That’s because, until notice has been provided, it will not expire.
