4me and Service-Flow Announce Partnership
Earlier today, at 4me Connect 2018, Service-Flow and 4me announced that 4me is now fully compatible with Service-Flow’s ONEiO SaaS integration hub. This maximizes the number of managed service providers that 4me customers are able to link up with.
What Happened on Day 1 at 4me Connect 2018?
The first day of Connect 2018 focused on training workshops for customers, partners and prospects. With brilliant sunshine and a dynamic setting aboard the SS Rotterdam, our attendees had a packed day of interesting topics.
Sorting of Requests within a Change
The order in which the requests that are linked to a change are presented within that change has improved. In the past, the requests would be sorted by their ID. Now they are sorted first by their status and then by their ID.
The IT4IT standard for managing the Digital Enterprise
In October 2015, The Open Group launched a new standard, the IT4IT Reference Architecture. This standard is the first holistic blueprint of a modern IT operating model providing guidance on how to manage the new digital ecosystem.
Access to Attachments and Notes of a Change
The ‘Attachments’ and ‘Notes’ sections of a change are no longer available to specialists, unless they have the Specialist or Auditor role of the account in which the change is registered.

Removing Notifications
People use their Notification Center, which was recently introduced, in different ways. For those who prefer to be able to remove individual notifications without having to open the record for which the notification was generated, the ‘Remove’ option has been added.

Opening Email Marks Notification as Read
4me automatically generates notifications. These notifications may inform a requester that his request has been completed, tell a specialist that someone added a note to a task that is assigned to her, etc. These notifications show up in the user’s Notification Center.
