Specialists in Thailand Can Switch Xurrent to Thai (ไทย)

ThailandXurrent’s Specialist interface is now available in one of the world’s most elegant written languages.  Thanks to Xurrent partner OpenVision in Thailand, specialists who prefer to work in Thai can now do so.

More importantly perhaps, end users will also be able to set their language preference to ‘ไทย’.  This ensures that the Xurrent Virtual Agent addresses them in Thai.
