Xurrent Welcomes Cagatay Kaya

As our team in Türkiye continues to grow, Xurrent is delighted to welcome Cagatay Kaya in the role of Business Development Manager. He will focus on further increasing Xurrent’s market share in Türkiye.

Cagatay brings over 20 years of IT sales experience in hardware and software, having worked for companies like Cloudera, Red Hat, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Sybase. He has worked with a very diverse customer base, among them many companies whom he helped to enter or increase their share of the Turkish market.

At Red Hat, Cagatay had the pleasure of working with Taner Kilinc, now Business Development Director at Xurrent and also based in Türkiye. After a year of working as a freelance consultant to have some more spare time to spend on his hobbies, cooking and his sea salt aquarium, Cagatay was called by Taner, who asked him if he was interested in joining Xurrent.

Over the last year, Xurrent was in the news a lot, and I heard many positive stories from customers as well as friends and colleagues. Big names in Türkiye, like Şekerbank, Acun Medya, and TAV Airlines, have all chosen to switch to Xurrent’s next-generation enterprise service management solution to become more agile and future-proof. And I think many more will follow. I look forward to showing customers how Xurrent helps enterprises optimize service quality and cut service costs by implementing a service-centric approach.
