Carlyn Manly

Xurrent Connect 2018The first day of Connect 2018 focused on training workshops for customers, partners and prospects. With brilliant sunshine and a dynamic setting aboard the SS Rotterdam, our attendees had a packed day of interesting topics.

These workshops covered:

  • Self Service Design
  • Automation Rules
  • Advanced UI Extensions
  • Service Catalogue Setup

The first session reviewed all the design features in Xurrent and got people designing a brand new Self Service portal. The next session looked at many different ways in which Xurrent’s automation rules can be used to streamline an organization’s support processes.
The session on UI Extensions took the attendees into the more advanced ways of including additional fields and business logic in Xurrent forms. The Service Catalogue Setup training explained how easy it is to get all the services, service instances, service offerings and SLAs registered in the Xurrent account of a support organization, provided that all the small steps that need to be taken are taken in the correct order.
