Create Invoice Within Other Records
Since last month, the ability to register invoices has been extended from projects to changes, contracts, service level agreements and first line support agreements. Now, financial managers are also able to add new invoices from any of these record types.
In the following example, no invoices have yet been related to the service level agreement. A gray ‘Invoices’ section is shown with a green Add Invoice button. Clicking that button opens a new invoice.
When a financial manager or auditor opens an SLA (or change, project, contract or FLSA) with related invoices, these are present within that record along with the total amount of the invoices.
