Improved Sorting of Suggested Options

When Xurrent presents a list of options for someone to choose from, it now handles special characters a little more elegantly. Xurrent recognizes, for example that an ö is similar to an o and that an û is similar to a u.

The example below shows how the name Rene and René now show up near each other when a user searches for rene.
