Getting Ready for Xurrent Connect 2017

This year’s Xurrent Connect event is set to be even better than last year’s. Already, more people have signed up and the agenda is overflowing with topics that are guaranteed to inspire.

The SIAM introduction by Claire Agutter of ITSM Zone should be especially interesting to most of the attendees. A new look at knowledge management from the perspective of KCS by Frank de Jong of InfraVision should build nicely on Xurrent’s new Knowledge Management features. And Simon Martin of Revo Service Management is going to talk about Self Service styling, which should get everyone excited about the new customization capabilities that will be unveiled at this event.

For those of you who will be arriving early, you may want to take your time to walk around. It is a wonderful opportunity to see how beautifully the ship has been restored.
