When an email is sent to Xurrent, the Mail API ensures that the information in the body of the email gets added as a new note. From now on, the notes generated by the Mail API will start with the To and Cc email addresses of the inbound email.
Displaying these email addresses at the top of the note informs the specialists who else received the information in the email.
