The integration capabilities that the service provides are endless. The Xurrent Developer website is maintained specifically to make it easy for developers to build integrations with other applications. Some of these integrations are available to all Xurrent customers. Below is a list of these integrations.

2Grips Integration Platform
The 2Grips integration platform is a very powerful and intuitive setup in order to automatically extract data in CSV, XLSX or directly connect Xurrent and other ESM/ITSM/Solutions and or Discovery solutions like Lansweeper. 2Grips is offering their Integration Platform as as-a-service, including the hosting and daily support so you can focus on supporting your business. Atlassian Jira
The integration with Atlassian Jira using the Xurrent Integration Service is available for development teams that use Jira Software to work on the requests for bug fixes and enhancements that are assigned to them in Xurrent. It is also available for organizations that use Jira Service Desk to forward incidents to a service provider organization that works in Xurrent. This integration is available, as part of the Xurrent Integration service, for customers with an on-premise Jira environment, as well as for those that use Jira in the cloud.
An out-of-the-box integration with Atlassian Jira is also available from the Xurrent App Store. This basic integration, created by Expertize, is configured within minutes and free for all Xurrent users. It maps Xurrent service instances with Jira projects and creates issues in Jira for requests that are created in Xurrent. Status changes of these requests are not maintained over the integration, but communicated as notes.

Azure DevOps
The Azure DevOps app creates a bidirectional connection between Xurrent and Azure DevOps. Requests, workflows, and tasks can be transferred to DevOps, where they are registered as work items. New comments or status updates are also transferred to the work item as comments. Comments created in these work items in DevOps are transferred to the original ticket in Xurrent. The app can be installed from the Xurrent App Store by pressing the Add button on the app tile, and then filling out the details in the configuration tab.

Azure DevOps
The Azure DevOps app creates a bidirectional connection between Xurrent and Azure DevOps. Requests, workflows, and tasks can be transferred to DevOps, where they are registered as work items. New comments or status updates are also transferred to the work item as comments. Comments created in these work items in DevOps are transferred to the original ticket in Xurrent. The app can be installed from the Xurrent App Store by pressing the Add button on the app tile, and then filling out the details in the configuration tab.

BMC Client Management
The Xurrent BMC Client Management Connector gathers a subset of the BCM asset data and creates a corresponding data structure in the Xurrent CMDB. Whenever any of the assets or their attributes change in the BMC Client Manager, the Xurrent CMDB is updated. The connector is configurable, so that only certain types of assets are considered for synchronization. BMC Helix ITSM (Remedy)
The integration with BMC Helix ITSM is provided by the Xurrent Integration service. This managed integration makes it possible for Xurrent customers to collaborate with external service providers that use BMC Helix ITSM. Because the integration is provided as-a-service, the costs of building, hosting, monitoring and maintaining it are eliminated. This integration also makes it easier for large enterprises to gradually migrate from BMC Helix ITSM to Xurrent. Once all support groups have moved off of BMC Helix ITSM, the integration can be switched off.

CC4ALL is a Webchat widget that can be added to the Xurrent Self Service homepage. It allows live chat with skill based chat routing to agents. Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Microsoft has integrated Azure Active Directory with Xurrent to enable single sign-on for their Xurrent users. The tutorial that Microsoft prepared for this offers detailed configuration instructions.
This standard integration can also be used to automate provisioning. It makes it easy for organizations that use Azure Active Directory to populate Xurrent with their employee data and to maintain this data in Xurrent in a fully automated fashion. The Xurrent integration app is available for download from the Azure Marketplace.
