Today at the Xurrent Connect 2023 event, Xurrent announced a strategic growth investment led by PSG, a leading growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies to help accelerate their growth. Additionally, the company announced the appointment of Kevin McGibben, an experienced leader of SaaS-based IT infrastructure businesses, as CEO and Chairman, and that co-founders Cor Winkler Prins, Mathijs Sterk, and Laurens Pit will remain involved with the business.

McGibben served as the CEO of LogicMonitor from 2011 through 2021, where he led the SaaS-based observability and IT operations data collaboration platform from less than $1 million to over $150M in annual recurring revenue, successfully introduced differentiated product innovations, integrated key acquisitions to extend the company’s product and services portfolio and built an award-winning workplace culture.

“I love product businesses that are technically differentiated and able to build incredible customer experiences. The Xurrent team is a special group of people and their customers love them and the products they build. I believe we are well-positioned to build a truly modern market leader in Enterprise Service Management.”

Kevin McGibben, CEO and Chairman of Xurrent
