Andy Richardson Joins 4me

Add PersonAnother one of the world’s most experienced service management experts has joined 4me. Wouter Wyns joined last summer and now it is my great pleasure to announce that Andy Richardson has started at 4me. In his role as Service Management Architect, Andy’s primary focus will be partner enablement. That is where his 20-plus years of service management implementation experience will provide the most value.

Andy RichardsonAs new partners sign up to bring the benefits of 4me to their customers, Andy will be helping them in the background to make sure that their consultants are prepared and that their 4me implementation projects run smoothly. One of the first things that Andy already put together is a comprehensive partner enablement kit. Andy also organized the first partner training, which was conducted earlier this month.

Over the past roughly 20 years, Andy has worked on countless service management projects. This has given him a deep understanding of service management methodologies and tools like HP Service Manager and BMC Remedy. Since 2010, Andy has mostly used ServiceNow in his projects. He is excited to be part of the team that brings the next generation of enterprise service management tooling to market so that managed service providers can work together seamlessly with their enterprise customers.
