The ‘All Organizations’ view lists internal, external and trusted organizations.  This has created a need to easily distinguish between these different types of organizations.

When a specialist opens an organization record of a supplier or external customer, this record is now clearly marked as ‘External’ when that organization record is registered in the Xurrent account that the specialist is working in, or in this account’s directory account.

An organization is labeled as ‘Trusted’ when it is registered in a trusted Xurrent account.

Definitions

  • Internal – An internal organization is an organization that has a parent-child path to the organization that is linked directly to the Xurrent account in which it is registered. To find out which organization is linked directly to a Xurrent account, go to the Settings console in this account and open the section ‘Account Overview’.
  • External – An organization is considered external when it does not have a path of parent-child relations to the organization that is linked directly to the Xurrent account in which it is registered.
  • Trusted – A trusted organization is either an internal or external organization that is opened in a Xurrent account that has a trust relation with the account in which the organization is registered, or with a support domain account of the account in which the organization is registered.
