IT and MSP Operations teams wage an unending battle to ensure uptime and high performance. Xurrent is the workflow platform for ops teams, MSP service desks and NOCs to automate incident management, communicate with stakeholders and manage their technology systems. To bolster our existing ITOps capabilities we’re excited to announce a tech integration with LogicMonitor, the leading Hybrid Observability platform! The two best-of-breed technologies working together create an automated end-to-end experience from managing technology performance to delivering IT services; connecting the datacenter to the customer experience!

Connecting Xurrent’s increasingly robust incident management with LogicMonitor’s hybrid observability enables immediate visibility into the impact of service performance changes on end-user services, along with a streamlined process to acknowledge, respond to, and manage critical alerts. Users of the integration can take it a step further by sending relevant incident data to StatusCast, completing the round trip journey from problem start, to triage team, to stakeholder involvement, to closed loop resolution.

The new capability utilizes your existing LogicMonitor account, and allows for quickly setting up a pipeline to send alert information to Xurrent. Alerts from LogicMonitor seamlessly flow to Xurrent for all of your connected teams to immediately triage and take action on. Any type of alert that is configurable in LogicMonitor via alerting rules and escalation chains is able to create a request in Xurrent based on a defined request template, along with any custom messages.

Request templates in Xurrent are predefined, highly-customizable templates that can be used to quickly create new requests with consistent information or trigger workflow processes. Within the request template, the service, team, alert urgency, and much more can be defined.
