StatusCast App Added to the Xurrent App Store
We’ve added enhanced functionality to Xurrent with added capability building on the recent StatusCast platform acquisition. The new capability (described in detail below) requires minimal configuration and can have you up and running in under 10 minutes. The feature is accessed and installed via the Xurrent App Store.
Earlier this year, Xurrent acquired StatusCast, a cloud-based provider of incident management products. StatusCast delivers external and internal status pages and incident management capability to many companies, and now that functionality is coming to Xurrent.
This integration allows for automatic status updates on incidents to a StatusCast status page to your Xurrent Service Instances. This includes automatically creating and linking a customizable StatusCast instance that is used to display a status page for detailed information about relevant events.
We look forward to enhancing Xurrent’s capabilities even further and adding even more default integrations over the coming months.
