Add Search Keywords to Services
The Keywords field was already available for knowledge articles and request templates.Ā The Keywords field has now also been added for services.
This allows support organizations to do some search engine optimization (SEO) to help the users they support find their services more easily in Xurrent Self Service when they need to submit a new request.Ā It also assists the service desk analysts and support specialists when they are looking up a specific service record.

Service desk analysts, service level managers, configuration managers, account designers and account administrators can translate the keywords of their support organizationās services in the āTranslationsā section of the Settings console.Ā That is also where they can translate the name and the description of these services.
