Collect More Satisfaction Responses
After a request has been completed, 4me sends out a notification to ask whether the requester is satisfied with the way the request was handled. In the past, when a requester ignored this notification, there was no easy way to still provide a response at a later stage.
To encourage requesters to provide more feedback, the satisfaction voting buttons are now displayed at the top of a completed request when the request is presented to the requester. These ‘thumbs up’ and ‘thumbs down’ icons remain visible for 28 days, or until the requester presses one of them.
These icons show up in Self Service as well as in 4me’s full UI. In the full UI, the requester will also see the ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ options at the bottom of the Notes section.
