Overview of Outbound Email
It was already possible to get an overview of inbound email in Xurrent. This view is used by account administrators to see which email messages were sent to the Xurrent account of their organization, or even to reprocess them. Now, it is also possible for administrators (and auditors) to see which emails have been sent from the account of the organization. This new section in the Settings console is named ‘Outbound Email’.
The list of emails supports filtering, customizing columns, and saving as a personal view. Various details of each outbound email can be viewed, such as the subject, recipients and email template on which the email was based. Administrators (not auditors) are able to view the source of the sent email and download it, except if the email template is one of the user type templates that are used for sending login information.
