Risk Management KPIs

Now that every provider organization can set up its risk register in 4me to manage their risks, they will have a need to track the performance of their risk management practice.  That is why a new option has become available in the ‘KPIs’ section of the Analytics console.

When this option is selected, a number of useful KPIs are presented.

Clicking on any of these KPIs opens a graph that can be filtered by status, closure reason and severity.  And naturally, users can click on any point in each graph to drill down into a view from which they can review the individual risk records.
