Does 4me use cookies?
Yes. The 4me Websites and 4me Services use cookies to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.

The 4me Websites are primarily used to provide information about 4me and the 4me Services. The cookies set by the 4me Websites are used to improve the user experience for visitors and to learn about visitors for marketing purposes. The cookies of the 4me Websites enable:
- Storing a visitor’s settings
- Remembering information entered by a visitor in forms
- Fulfilling requests submitted by a visitor
- Website performance measurement
- Site administration
Cookies are also set by the 4me Services. These cookies are primarily used to improve the user experience and performance of the 4me Services. In addition, they enable specific security features. | _4me_ww | Session | Window width of the user’s browser. |
| _4me_res | Session | Screen resolution of the user’s device. |
| _4me_connect | Session | Holds information about the authenticated user making an audio/video call to another authenticated user. |
| _Host-4me_same_site | Session | CSRF attack prevention. |

Third-party cookies
The 4me Websites use third-party application cookies to analyze use of the 4me Websites and advertisement conversion.
- Google Analytics – Google uses cookies to collect and process data about how users use websites, and to track data such as this on an anonymous basis.
- Google Adwords – Google uses cookies linked to advertisements on Google to track access to our website, other websites and other data.
- LinkedIn Ad Analytics – LinkedIn uses cookies linked to advertisements on LinkedIn to track access to our websites.
Customer controlled cookies
A Customer has the ability to customize an account it has with the 4me Services. This may result in the customer, or any of its third-party providers, setting and using cookies. This is not under the control of 4me, and 4me is not responsible for the contents or functionality of any such cookies.
All cookies set by 4me have cookie names that are prefixed with the string “_4me_” and all are essential cookies (or ‘Strictly Necessary’ in the terminology of the GDPR). Customers are not allowed to use this prefix for naming their cookies.
