Access to Attachments and Notes of a Change
The ‘Attachments’ and ‘Notes’ sections of a change are no longer available to specialists, unless they have the Specialist or Auditor role of the account in which the change is registered.
This ensures that, when someone added sensitive information to a change, this information can be seen only by specialists or auditors of the account in which the change record is registered. This helps to keep the notes of a change internal, even when some tasks of the change are assigned to specialists from another Xurrent account.
