Default Targets for RFCs and RFIs

In the Service Offering form it is now possible to specify default targets for requests for change (RFCs) and requests for information (RFIs).

Once defined, these targets are automatically applied when someone, who is covered by an SLA that is based on the service offering, submits an RFC or RFI for the service that is linked to the service offering.
These default targets are automatically overwritten when a request template, which is linked to the service offering as a standard service request, is applied to the request (see also the online help).
