Four new reports have been added to the ‘Data Integrity Reports’ section of the Settings console. This is where users can find out if there are any records that are related to other records that are no longer enabled or available. For reports related to users, this usually means that another member, manager, or assignee should be related to it.
The added reports are:
- Dashboard With Disabled Owner
- Requests With Disabled Requester
- Request Templates With Disabled Workflow Manager
- Service Level Agreements With Disabled Covered Site
- Service Level Agreements With Disabled Covered Skill Pool
Access to these reports depends on the user’s role(s). After clicking on any of these reports, the respective view is opened with all active or enabled records that are related to a disabled or unavailable record. This then enables the user to update the necessary records to maintain data integrity.
