Because the IDs of records like requests and tasks can be quite long, it is time consuming to write them manually. It is much faster to copy an ID when it needs to be specified in an email, entered in a search box to link the record to another, or to establish a reference between Xurrent records. To allow an ID to be copied really easily, people will now notice a small icon when they hover their mouse cursor over an ID.
By simply pressing this icon, the ID is copied to the computer’s clipboard. This allows it to be pasted where this number is needed.

If the entire permalink of a record is needed, the same icon can be pressed when someone hovers the mouse cursor over the subject or name of the record.
