A new filter has been added to the ‘Inbox’ view of the Xurrent Specialist Interface for ‘My Inbox’. This ‘Member’ filter allows users to see only requests that are assigned ‘to me’. Using such a filter can be useful in situations where a team has decided to work without a team coordinator to distribute the work. The ‘My Inbox’ view can then sometimes contain many requests that are assigned to the team but not yet to a member, making it harder for the specialist to see which requests he or she should be working on.

An AI SRE that knows your incidents
Most AI SREs are pattern matchers trained on public data. They know what a memory leak looks like in the abstract. They don't know that your payments-api has a flaky liveness probe everyone ignores, that the checkout team owns the retry policy, or that the last three "database incidents" were actually cache misconfigurations. That knowledge lives in your postmortems, your Slack channels, and the heads of two senior engineers.
