Managers who for any reason do not have a specialist role in Xurrent, sometimes need to know how many laptops or other appliances are in use within their organization. If these managers are given the Key Contact role, they can now see all configuration items in Xurrent Self Service for which their organization (and each of its child organizations) is the financial owner. A new section has been added for people with this role named ‘My Organization’s Assets’.
The configuration item (CI) below (as seen from the Specialist Interface) is financially owned by GlobalNet, Inc.

A person from that organization with the Key Contact role can now see this CI and others of this organization and it’s child organizations in their self- service portal.

After selecting any of these CIs, the following data is visible in detail view.
