Partner Announcement: Alpha-Tech
Xurrent is delighted to announce its partnership with Alpha-Tech, headquartered in Romania. This partnership not only adds another very experienced service management provider to the Xurrent Partner Network, but also marks Xurrent’s first local presence in the country.
Alpha-Tech’s technology experts aim to deliver quality services and help customers to improve their business visibility, accuracy & efficiency. Alpha-Tech is a rather new company, but their founder is no stranger to Xurrent. A couple of years ago Mohamed Badran was working as an IT manager at Danone.
At that time Xurrent was introduced as the service management tool for Danone. I was charmed by the efficient and goal-oriented approach and quickly discovered how Xurrent can support staff in delivering services in a user-friendly and effective way. I am really happy to introduce Xurrent to my Romanian customers and work with the Xurrent experts again.
