For more than 20 years already,  ITConcepts has been Switzerland’s leading IT service management specialist.  Now ITConcepts is taking the lead again, entering a new phase in which the industry is shifting its focus from ITSM to SIAM (Service Integration and Management).

SIAM is starting to get recognized in Switzerland as enterprises get smarter and more selective about their approach to outsourcing.  Having SIAM as a methodology that fits neatly on top of ITIL is great, but without a supporting software solution it is all just theory.  Xurrent delivers the real-time and historical analytics that SIAM’s service integrator role needs to be successful.
